The Monitor notes that 61 Convenience Claims, with a total value $195,032.32, <br />were ascertained by the Applicants, by way of the Applicants' books and records. The Known <br />Creditors which hold such Convenience Claims were advised accordingly through Notices of <br />Claim (as defined in the Claims Procedure Order). Additionally, one Convenience Claim in the <br />amount of $3,753.59 was asserted by way of a Notice of Dispute (as defined in the Claims <br />Procedure Order). The Monitor continues to engage in discussions with the holder of this <br />Convenience Claim and will advise this Honourable Court of any developments in this regard in <br />a subsequent report. <br />
