The Monitor notes that 61 Convenience Claims, with a total value $195,032.32, were ascertained by the Applicants, by way of the Applicants' books and records. The Known Creditors which hold such Convenience Claims were advised accordingly through Notices of Claim (as defined in the Claims Procedure Order). Additionally, one Convenience Claim in the amount of $3,753.59 was asserted by way of a Notice of Dispute (as defined in the Claims Procedure Order). The Monitor continues to engage in discussions with the holder of this Convenience Claim and will advise this Honourable Court of any developments in this regard in a subsequent report.
