(Tri - State) has received your <br />adequacy review letter for MR -12, dated January 9, 2015 and provides the following responses <br />to your comments on behalf of Western Fuels- Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (Western <br />Fuels- Colorado) New Horizon North Mine. <br />Please resubmit the application form for a minor revision and remove Barbara Walz as a <br />Permittee. <br />Response: The application form for a minor revision has been resubmitted with Barbara <br />Walz's name removed as permittee. <br />2. Please remove Barbara Walz as a Permit Applicant in Section 2.03.4(2) (a). The permit <br />has been issued to Western Fuels - Colorado, LLC.
