The UNCC locate email submitted by the Applicant indicates Wiggins Telephone <br /> Association as a structure owner within locate area. Wiggins Telephone is not listed on <br /> Map C-1 or Map C-2 as an easement or structure owner. Please identify the easement or <br /> structure owned by Wiggins Telephone and update the Exhibit C Maps accordingly. <br /> d. Please provide proof of notice to Wiggins Telephone and allow the utility owner 20 days <br /> to submit comments to the Division, per by Rule 1.6.2(f), if the structure is within 200 feet <br /> of the proposed affected area. <br /> e. Please provide the return receipt of Certified Mailing (green card) for the following <br /> owners; Cedar Creek 2 and Pawnee Buttes National Grassland <br /> 3. The Division received comments from History Colorado and Colorado Division of Water <br /> Resources. The Applicant did not address the comments noted in the letters as part of the <br /> adequacy letter response. Please verify the Applicant received the letters and will comply with <br /> laws and requirements noted in the letters. <br /> Item #4 from the December 24, 2014 adequacy letter was addressed satisfactorily by the Applicant. <br /> 5. Please confirm no utilities or utility easements are present along Weld County Road 127. See <br /> item 2d above. <br /> Items#6 through #12 from the December 24, 2014 adequacy letter were addressed satisfactorily by <br /> the Applicant. <br /> 6.4.18 Exhibit R- Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder <br /> 13.
