rPFP ' <br /> CROSSFIRE AGGREGRATE WATER <br /> SERVICES,LLC <br /> General Requirements <br /> To minimize the effect on the prevailing hydrologic balance, Crossfire Aggregate Services, LLC will: <br /> a. Comply with all applicable Colorado water laws. <br /> b. Comply with all applicable Federal and State water quality laws and regulations. <br /> c. Monitor groundwater levels adjacent to the site and mitigate any damage to adjacent wells that <br /> water use activities may have. <br /> Specific Requirements <br /> a. The operation is not expected to affect groundwater quality on or off the site. The operation <br /> will comply with State groundwater quality standards. Due to the absence of sources of <br /> potential pollutants,groundwater quality monitoring is not required in this operation. <br /> b. The mining and reclamation may affect the groundwater table surrounding the mine site. The <br /> proposed mitigation efforts to minimize these impacts are recharge ponds or ditches in <br /> necessary areas to maintain groundwater levels during the mining. <br /> Water Source Location <br /> The location of the commercial well and irrigation ditch is located on the site plan. <br /> 1. Irrigation Ditch Bylaws—non potable applications- leased to applicant. See attached lease and <br /> ditch right certificate proving adequate volumes and right to use water for intended use. <br /> 2. Commercial Well—potable applications. <br /> 3. On site storage pond—non potable water will be pumped from the ditch to a holding pond <br /> located in the operations area. <br /> Known Aquifers <br /> There are no known aquifers in the permit area. <br /> Enclosures: <br /> 1.
