1
IEXHIBIT C— Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands
I
I The immediately adjacent surface owners of record, taken from the Adams
County GIS, are shown on Exhibit C-1.
IThe roads, buildings power lines, etc. are shown on Exhibit C-2 and C-2.1.
IThe pump house and the appurtenant inlet/outlet structure and pipeline to the
river (as shown in Exhibit C-2.1) are existing as they were constructed by a third
Iparty for or with the consent of the owner of Pit 29 (Bromley District Water
Providers, L.L.C.), therefore the existing and future topography is the same. The
Itopographic map is shown on Exhibit C-3.
IThe pump house is located within the existing/original pit boundary. The
appurtenant inlet/outlet structure and pipeline to the river are located within the
Iin the existing/original pit boundary and the additional affected land shown on
Exhibits C-1, C-2, C-2.1, and C-3 and as generally described in Exhibit A-1.
I
The vegetation of the affected lands within the present boundary (but outside of
the pit area) is largely undisturbed from the vegetation at the time of the original
permit. As indicated in the original reclamation plan, that vegetation consists of
Ithistle, wild mustard, prickly pear cactus, clover and a variety of mixed grasses.
The vegetation within the additional affected land is native grasses and county
1 roadway.
IWater features are shown on Exhibit C-4.
IStructures are shown on Exhibit C-2.
I The soils survey map is presented on Exhibit C-5. The soils consist of three types;
Dacono, 1 to 3 % slopes (DaB), Loamy alluvial land, gravel substratum (Lv), and
ITerrace escarpments (Tc).A description of each follows.
I
