The following deficiencies must be addressed prior to the Division considering the <br /> request adequate: <br /> 1. Map Deficiencies—The two maps submitted with the request only address the area released with the <br /> approval of the acreage reduction request AR-01. The Division requires a map showing how much <br /> area is still in the mine plan for the purpose of updating the surety amount which was deemed <br /> inadequate in the January 28,2014 inspection report. The revised map should show how much area <br /> is in each remaining phase of the operation and if any additional mining is expected in Phases III, IV <br /> &VI. An update to the table submitted as part of Exhibit D in the March 1999 amendment should <br /> also be included(see attached table). <br /> Please be advised the Dellacroce Pit technical revision may be deemed inadequate and the request may be <br /> denied on January 15, 2015 unless the abovementioned adequacy review items are addressed to the <br /> satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to complete your reply, the Division can grant <br /> an extension to the decision date.
