The topsoil was hauled to the Area 34 topsoil stockpile. <br /> Tree Grubbing and Clearing, Chipping: <br /> Tree removal occurred in the Phase 2 area between stations 10+00 to 120+00 and K12+00 to <br /> K15+00. Tree stumps(root balls) and slash were hauled and piled upslope of Phase 2 Diversion <br /> Channel near station 38+00. <br /> Production Drilling: Production drilling occurred below the Anaconda Mine Complex. <br /> Production Blasting: Production blasting occurred below the Anaconda Mine Complex. <br /> Structural Fill: <br /> An AMEC field professional monitored fill material temperatures during fill placement. Average <br /> structural fill temperatures were above 32°F. All construction materials placed were verified as <br /> suitable, and construction methods were in accordance with project technical specifications. <br /> Material hauled from Surge area (area located near the east end of the Phase 2 diversion <br /> channel) was placed and compacted as structural fill per project technical specification <br /> 2014-12-20-mIe2 weekly final Page 11 6 <br />
