Thepermit for the mine was revoked, the bond was forfeited and the reclamation <br />was completed by the Division through third parry contractors. The weather qwas cold and overcast and the <br />ground was covered with several inches of snow. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />- The West Mine area was covered with snow but appeared to be stable at the time of the inspection. There were <br />no signs of any settling or slumping and no erosional problems were noted. The ditch on the upper portion of the <br />reclamation remained stable. <br />- The Bleeder Entry area was covered with snow but remained stable at the time of the inspection. There were no <br />signs of any slumping or settling and no erosional problems were noted. <br />- The East Mine area was covered with snow but appeared to be stable at the time of the inspection. There were <br />no signs of any settling or slumping and no erosional problems were noted. The ditch on the lower portion of the <br />reclamation remained stable. <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED: None <br />This concludes the 30 December 2014 complete inspection report for the Hawk's Nest Mine. <br />
