The attached <br />information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the <br />proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety and the Adams County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The purpose of the amendment is to install a french drain around a portion of the <br />existing mine and slurry wall to help mitigate ground water mounding. <br />Comments or questions should be sent prior to the end of the public comment <br />period to the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman St, <br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203.
