Dartmouth Ave. <br />Denver, CO 80110 -1308 <br />Re: Lariat Pit, Permit No. M- 1977 -251, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR -4 <br />Dear Mr. Fabrizio: <br />On January 5, 2015 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on September 17, 2014, addressing the <br />following: <br />Inert Fill Import. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M- 1977 -251. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M- 1977 -251 remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $156,670.00 exceeds the $72,739.00 performance bond currently <br />held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $83,931.00. <br />The revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division.
