On your application form you initialed Option 1, <br />which specifies that the Division would recalculate the required bond prior to approval of the <br />transfer. The estimated liability of the reclamation bond (copy enclosed) has been calculated, <br />based on the December 23, 2014 inspection to be $14,440.00. Please submit a financial warranty <br />in the amount of $14,440.00 within 60 days of the date of this letter this letter. The financial <br />warranty forms can be found online at http: / /mining.state.co.us. The transfer of Permit No. M- <br />1991 -082 will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division.
