Harry Ranney of CDRMS collected areal <br />photos of the mine site on 12/31/2014. The photos were downloaded and evaluated on 12/6/2015. The mine site <br />is a reclaimed surface mine. All facilities are reclaimed and no personnel remain on site. The mine site is snow <br />covered and inaccessible by vehicle. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />The north pit slopes appear rather windblown and have thinner snow pack. No problems were edentified <br />with the north pit slopes. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE — Rule 4.18: <br />The mine site is snow covered. Numerous large animal track are noted throughout the mine site.
