The widths of the openings are limited to twenty feet by <br />MSHA for control of the immediate roof (the thickness of the roof to <br />the top of the resin bolting horizon) . <br />ANTICIPATED PRODUCTION <br />It is anticipated that production may reach 1,300,000 tons per year. <br />784.12 Operation Plan: Existing Structures <br />There are no existing structures that are proposed to be used in <br />connection with or to facilitate the underground coal mining and <br />reclamation operations. <br />784.13 Reclamation Plan: General Requirements <br />As no disturbance is proposed or anticipated within this PAP permit <br />area, a reclamation plan is not warranted. <br />784.14 Hydrologic Information <br />784.14(a) Sampling and Analysis <br />All water quality sampling and analyses shall be performed according <br />to the requirements set forth in 30 CFR 784.14(a). <br />784.14(b) Baseline information - ground and surface water information <br />As part of the baseline hydrologic information required to permit the <br />State of Colorado lands to the south of this PAP permit area, surface <br />and groundwater information was provided to CDRMS. A copy of this <br />information is provided in Appendix 4. <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety has prepared <br />a report, Assessment of Probable Hydrological Consequences of <br />Miging and Cumulative Hydrologic Imvacts - Mules 2 06.6(3) and <br />2.07.6(2)(c), which summarizes the hydrologic impacts of the King <br />Coal Mine. This report is included as Appendix 4. <br />It is anticipated that the King II Mine will have little impact on <br />groundwater systems locally or regionally and its impact on surface <br />hydrology will be low.
