Coal Storage Pile #2 via a 36" conveyor. <br />MM, MM I) Coal Stack Tube #2 & Head House, 20,000 Ton Coal Storage Pile <br />#2: Coal will be removed from the site prior to reclamation. Any remaining coal or <br />coal fines will be excavated and buried under four (4) or more feet of non -toxic <br />non - combustible backfill (including topsoil). <br />NN) Cross -belt Coal Sampler: This small steel structure sits on a concrete pad. A <br />motorized arm collects coal samples from the conveyor belt and deposits them in <br />buckets for analysis. <br />00 thru 005) Truck Loadout Conveyor: 36" conveyor which draws coal from <br />the bottom of the crushed coal storage stockpile and delivers it to the Truck <br />Loadout bins. <br />PP) Truck Loadout Structure & Bins: The truck loadout facility will be an <br />automated batch -weigh structure. Coal trucks'will arrive under a chute at the <br />bottom of the loadout and a pre - measured amount of coal will be deposited in the <br />trailer. <br />QQ) Truck Scales: These are portable scales that will be removed from the site <br />during reclamation. <br />RR)'Coal Sales Building: This 17W' x 21L' x10'H structure is a conventional <br />stick -built building. <br />SS, TT) Coal Sales Building Septic Tank and Drain Field: The drain field is <br />comprised of an underground gravel field that will be left in place during <br />reclamation. All pipes to the drain field will be removed and disposed of during <br />reclamation. The tank is a concrete tank that will be broken up and left in place <br />during reclamation. All pipes to the tank will be removed and disposed of during <br />reclamation. <br />uU) Coal Sales Building Parking Area: This level area used for temporary <br />storage. Gravel from this area will be buried in place and re- topsoiled or <br />excavated and used for portal backfill. <br />WW) Bermed Topsoil Storage #1: Stored topsoil from this open pile will be re- <br />spread on the disturbed areas after backfilling and grading. The footprint of the <br />topsoil storage area will be reseeded during re- vegetation. <br />XX) Concrete Truck Wash -Out: This small bermed area is to collect material that <br />is washed from trucks which deliver concrete to the site. <br />YY) Sediment Pond and Diversion Ditches: The sediment pond is not intended <br />as permanent feature of the mine site, but will remain intact until the site has <br />been successfully reclaimed. <br />ZZ) Cattle Guard: The cattle guard will either be removed or cut up for_ scrap or <br />offered to the surface grazing lease holder of the area. <br />GCC Energy, LLC King II Mine Extension PAP CO -0106 <br />Part 778 (BLM Lease COC- 62920) <br />Page 13 October 24, 2014 (RN -01) <br />
