PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the full release <br />of coal exploration bond submitted by Colowyo Coal Company for Notice of Intent No. X -2005- <br />109-11. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in Moffat <br />County. An inspection showed that all disturbances associated with the project have been <br />adequately reclaimed.
