Aerial photos were collected by Harry Ranney <br />of DRMS on 12/31/2014. Photos were downloaded and reviewed by Janet Binns of DRMS on 12/5/2015. <br />The Load out site and Tie - Across Haul Road were snow covered. The Load out is reclaimed with two ponds, a <br />rail loop, and substation remaining. The Tie - Across haul road is used by the Peabody operations in the vicinity. <br />There are no offices remaining n the load out property. As such, no mine personnel remain on the property. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Both the Truck Loop Pond and Rail Loop Pond were frozen and snow covered. Dry Creek is snow <br />covered as well. <br />Ditches along the Tie - across haul road are snow covered by show no evidence of blockage or disturbance. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.032(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.032(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.032(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.032(7): <br />Roads at the rail loop and load out area were reclaimed during reclamation activities. The only road <br />remaining with this permit is the tie - across haul road (TAHR). The TAHR is a private road owned by the <br />permittee.
