It was determined that the <br /> reclamation efforts to date had failed to meet DRMS standards and a Corrective Action <br /> Notice was issued. <br /> In an effort to bring the site into compliance we ripped the areas in question, imported <br /> topsoil and re-seeded the noted area per the timetable submitted in the associated <br /> Technical Revision. <br /> All of the Corrective Action items have been addressed and completed.
