DRMS approved your extension request due to <br /> the reasons stated in your letter. The new corrective action deadline is February 2, 2015. The Operator <br /> shall submit to DRMS by February 2, 2015 either a groundwater mounding mitigation plan or any other <br /> permitting action that can resolve the disturbance to the prevailing hydrologic balance and resolve all <br /> off-site damage. The submittal shall either be a Technical Revision or a Permit Amendment.
