Richardson Lode Claims; DRMS File No. M-2014-066; Second Notice of <br /> Incomplete Application <br /> Dear Mr. Barnhard, <br /> On December 29, 2014, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety(Division)received <br /> your response to the Division's Incompleteness Letter dated December 10, 2014. Preliminary <br /> review of the information received determined that the following items must be received before <br /> the Division can consider your application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br /> 6.3.5 Exhibit E—Map <br /> 1. The Applicant has not provided a Reclamation Plan as required by Rule 6.3.5(1).
