December 11, 2014 C-1981-022/Elk Creek Mine JRS <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />- As noted at the beginning of this inspection report, the Elk Creek Mine has been idled as the result of a fire in the <br />gob behind the longwall in panel 18. As such, there are no mining or development operations taking place at this <br />time. There is no timeline for the resumption of mining or development operations.
