Box 1488 <br />Paonia, CO 81428 <br />Re: Bowie No. 1 Mine (Permit No. C- 1981 -038) <br />Review of 3nd Qtr 2014 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />The Division has received and reviewed Bowie Resources, LLC's (BRL's) 3rd Quarter 2014 <br />Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for the Bowie No. 1 Mine. BRL submits the DMRs to <br />the Division quarterly in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br />BRL reported no discharge for the quarter from any of the five (5) NPDES discharge points. <br />BRL reported no exceedances of any parameters required to be monitored. <br />The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time.
