Worthing Pit Permit#M-1977-526
Technical Revision#04
December 19,2014
TIMING
1. The initial installation of the groundwater drain was
completed in December 2012 . The drain will be cleaned and
final elevations will be established once the new north
outlet is completed. To be completed by February 28, 2015 .
2 . Installation is in the process at this time, construction
began on December 12, 2014 . Construction will continue from
west to the east so it is done under dry conditions. The
next step is to install the road crossing culvert and then
begin to relocate the north end of the topsoil pile so the
outlet ditch can be excavated. To be completed by January
15, 2015 .
3 . We then propose using the next 6 months after the approval
of this Technical Revision to determine what impacts these
changes are having on off site groundwater elevations . If
after that time, the groundwater is not returning to pre-
mining elevations the south outlet structure will be
installed. To be completed within 60 days of determining
need.
Estimated cost to install each drain approximately $4, 500 . 00, see
work sheet attached.
