Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C- 1981 -010 <br />4th Quarter 2014 Sediment Pond Inspections <br />Dear Ms. Perkins, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has reviewed the above <br />referenced report. The fourth quarter sediment pond inspection reports and the pond capacity <br />data were received by the Division on December 8th, 2014. Sediment pond inspections were <br />conducted by Trapper on November 11, 13 and December 2, 2014 by qualified impoundment <br />inspectors according to the report and the report was stamped by you a Colorado Licensed <br />Professional Engineer. This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of <br />Rule 4.05.9(14), (15) and (17). <br />The report indicated that Johnson #6 pond was cleaned and the riser was replaced.
