The report indicates that CEC conducted inspections on December 5, <br />2014. <br />The Division has reviewed this report and did not find any cause for concern related to the ponds. No <br />structural issues were identified. <br />The report submitted meets the requirements of Rules 4.05.9(14) and (17).
