Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C- 1981 -010 <br />3'd Quarter 2014 Sediment Pond Inspections <br />Dear Ms. Perkins, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has reviewed the above <br />referenced report. The third quarter sediment pond inspection reports and the pond capacity data <br />were received by the Division on October 3rd, 2014. Sediment pond inspections were conducted <br />by Trapper on September 16, 23, 24 and 25, 2014 by qualified impoundment inspectors according <br />to the report and the report was stamped by you a Colorado Licensed Professional Engineer. This <br />report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9(17).
