Coulter: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received an application for the above <br />referenced permitting action for the Southfield Mine. The application was deemed complete on <br />December 22, 2014. <br />Energy Fuels proposes to update the Mine Area Surface & Groundwater Hydrology map (Map 12). <br />The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently <br />approved for disturbance. <br />Permit Revision, Permit Renewal, or Technical Revision application materials are available for <br />review at the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder, 615 Macon Avenue, Room B -5, Canon City, <br />CO 81212.
