(EFCI), 115 E. Main <br />Street, STE 10, P.O. Box 459, Florence, Colo - <br />I the undersigned a ent do solemnly ear that the <br />' g ' Y w <br />rado 81226, has filed an approval request for <br />Technical Revision No.44 (TR -44) with the <br />CANON CITY DAILY RECORD is a daily newspaper <br />State of Colorado, Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety (DRMS).
