deadlines related to the remaining unabated corrective actions..." By letter dated July 27, 2014
you propose May 1, 2015 as the date by which Wildcat can successfully abate the remaining
corrective actions. The Division will prepare a draft stipulated agreement to that effect.
To be clear, Wildcat permit#M-1981-185 is suspended. As such, the Division will not
accept any further requests from Wildcat to revise or amend this permit unless the request
advances Wildcat's Board ordered obligation to satisfy the outstanding corrective actions that
currently exist at the site. In addition, the Division will not accept any request for surety
reduction until Wildcat completes the outstanding corrective actions and receives permit
reinstatement from the Board.
This letter therefore serves as notice that all requests submitted to the Division via e-mail
in November were submitted incorrectly, without proper fees, and for the reasons stated above,
are hereby DENIED.
Please contact the Division if you have any questions regarding this letter, permissible
activities, or your suspended permit.
Sincerely,
Anthony J.
