The reclamation timetable shows the amount of land in each Phase when complete. OPTION 2 In this option the area will be backfilled and the level areas will graded but only temporarily seeded with a covering of Western Wheatgrass until they can be developed into a commercial use area. This will depend on having the proper zoning, which will be pursued when the Local Government permit is obtained. Any area disturbed by growth medium storage in the setback area or any other disturbance outside the fill areas will be seeded with the approved seed mix. AFS proposes having an option to ask for reclamation bond release at anytime, if after planting is complete, the owner decides to begin development, then reclamation will be considered complete, again if a notarized release letter from the owner is filed with the Division.
