SECTION 2.04.13 <br />ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />By March 15 of each year, WFC will file an annual reclamation report covering the <br />previous calendar year for all areas under bond. The report will include, but not be limited <br />to, text, discussion and maps to address the following: <br />1. The name and address of the permittee and permit number; <br />2. Location and number of acres disturbed during previous year; <br />3. Location and number of acres backfilled and graded during previous year; <br />4. Location and number of acres topsoiled during previous year; <br />5. The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during <br />previous year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices. <br />Discrete areas planted with specific seedmixes will be indicated, and <br />seedtags, invoices or other comparable documentation will be included; and <br />6. Location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously <br />revegetated areas. <br />WFC may provide additional monitoring information if required by the approved permit. <br />Section 2.04.13 Page 1 April 2014 (TR -06) <br />
