MANAGEMENT <br />During a recent inspection of the loadout, DRMS noted some discrepancies on the drawings. It was <br />noted the building locations need to be updated, the location of drainage culverts need to be verified <br />and the permit boundary needs to be revised to encompass more of the Black Bridge Road. On behalf of <br />Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL) enclosed is an application for a technical revision to address the <br />discrepancies. <br />1. The permit boundary was revised is three areas. The permit boundary was moved to follow the <br />east property line on property owner number 45, changed to encompass more of the Black <br />Bridge Road and moved to the west along the rail spur located east of the river. The area of the <br />permit boundary increased 1.5 acres as a result of these changes. <br />2. The buildings were updated on Map 1. The buildings were removed from the other drawings. <br />3. Drainage areas and culverts were updated on Map 7. SedCad calculations are provided for the <br />new culverts. <br />4. One property owner (87) was added along the northeast side of the permit boundary. <br />Sincerely, <br />J. E.
