2.05.3 <br />Bowie -2 MR -133 approved the 2012 installation of four utility holes to be installed <br />north of the large ventilation fan above the D -Seam portals. MR -133 also <br />approved the 2012 installation of GVB -13F. <br />Bowie -2 MR -134 approved the installation of an emergency vent hole into the <br />1313 tailgate bleeder entry. Due to technical difficulties this vent hole was not <br />installed. The drill pad for the emergency hole was constructed. <br />Bowie -2 MR -135 approved the 2013 installation of an emergency gob vent hole <br />for the B13 panel (GVB- B1 3C -1). <br />Bowie -2 TR -78 approved the 2013 installation of six gob vent holes and one <br />exploration hole. They are GVB -B1 4F, GVB -B1 5A and exploration hole SS -8. <br />GVB -B1513, GVB -B1 5C, GVB -B1 5D, GVB -B1 6A will be drilled in 2014. <br />Bowie -2 MR -146 approved the installation of 4,300 feet of 6 inch diameter <br />schedule 80 HDPE pipe adjacent to the existing Pitkin Mesa pipeline. The new <br />pipeline will be located over longwall panels B -15 and B -16. <br />Bowie -2 TR -86 approved the 2014 installation of ten gob vent holes and three <br />exploration holes. They are GVB -B16B, GVB -B16C, GVB -B16D, GVB -1317A, <br />GVB -B17B, GVB -B17C, GVB -B17D, GVB -B17E, GVB -B19A, GVB -B19B and <br />exploration holes 2014 -SS -A, 2014 -SS -B and 2014 -SS -C. <br />Bowie -2 MR -152 approved moving eleven gob vent holes. The 15, 16, 17, 18 <br />and 19 series holes were moved. <br />Bowie -2 TR -90 approved the 2014 and 2015 installation of two gob vent holes <br />GVB -B17F & B19C. TR -90 also relocates GVB -1315A. <br />Bowie -2 MR -155 approved the July 2014 drilling of replacement monitoring well <br />DH- 67blw. <br />Bowie -2 MR -164 approved the fourth quarter 2014 drilling of replacement <br />monitoring well CWI- DH -58A. <br />There is an existing light use road shown on Map 9 that runs down ephemeral <br />channel EPH -1 to exploration hole 2014 -SS -C. This road segment is about 0.3 <br />miles long and has a grade of over 25 %. This road was originally used at the <br />direction of the BLM to access the two deep bedrock monitoring wells, 2010 -1 B <br />and 2010 -1 SS under NOI CX- 2005 - 217 -10. BRL requires safe access to the <br />gob vent boreholes to install and maintain methane pumps, which are critical to <br />miner safety. The hazardous steep road segment mentioned above will no <br />longer be needed or used once the Section 5 light use road is constructed. <br />Bowie -2 MR -165 approved the construction of the Section 5 light use road. <br />MR -165 2.05-49- 11/14 <br />
