These areas are located in portions of Section 25, Township 3N, Range 64W, Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. The total area is approximately 27.1 acres. Map: The attached map identifies the areas requested for Phase I bond release as well as the permit boundary and bond release status of other areas within the permit boundary. Dates of Reclamation Work: Area 30 was graded, topsoiled, and seeded in the fall of 2006. Area 31 was graded, topsoiled, and seeded in the fall of 2009. Final grading of Area 32 was just completed in November 2013. Description of Bond Release Amount Request: This Phase I bond release request is for Areas 30, 31, and 32 which have been successfully backfilled and graded. The revised DRMS reclamation cost estimate prepared in March 2014 as a line item for "Backfill B -Pit Parcels 30, 31, and 32" equals $321,794.07. Coors Energy Company is requesting the release of this full amount. Notice to Parties Identified in Rule 3.03.2(1): Notification letters were posted via certified mail after receipt of DRMS approval of the notification letter content to the entities included in Section 2.03.4 (7) of the DRMS Reclamation Permit (notification letter and certified mail receipts are attached). A copy of the letters to the Weld County Clerk and Recorder and the Town of Keenesburg, requesting retention of a public copy of bond release application are also attached. Newspaper Advertisement: A copy of the newspaper advertisement being published in the Fort Lupton Press is attached. An affidavit of publication will be submitted after the four -week running period.
