Attached is the November 2014 inspection report for the New Horizon Mine. In it is a summary of the
conversation between you, Dan Hernandez and myself.
Last week I met with Rick Wolney of Western Fuels and we discussed your concerns. We came up with some
possible solutions and we are presently doing some background work to determine their feasibility.
