In that you letter you indicated we had 30 days to respond. Prior to the expiration of that
30-day period, CC&V was granted a 30-day extension up to and including Tuesday, December
9, 2014 to resolve this issue.
CC&V is writing to you to request additional flexibility to file the necessary documentation
supporting our legal right to enter the M-2012-052 permit area. Negotiations are underway with
two parties regarding land parcels within the permit boundary, and CC&V believes it is likely
that agreements will be reached shortly. We continue to work diligently on this matter—which
we want to conclude as soon as possible—and we will keep you informed of developments.
In the meantime, CC&V acknowledges and agrees that no mining activities will occur pursuant
to the M-2012-052 permit until this issue is resolved.
