No <br />issues were observed. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were observed at the gated entrance to the mine site as well as the Loma Loadout. The <br />signs have the operator information, DRMS Permit Number and MSHA ID is in good condition and clearly visible <br />at the site. <br />Disturbance boundary markers are located along the mine site. No issues observed. <br />Mine identification signs. <br />OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES - Rule 4.04,4.28: <br />Loma Loadout located along the town Loma, CO was inspected. Berns surround the site convey drainage to a silt <br />fence located along the eastern end of the site.
