Ponds RP -2/3 and RP -4 held water while RP -5 was dry. None of the ponds were discharging. Embankments and <br />spillways were stable with no issues observed. <br />The rock dust tank located along the access road to the slot storage building is still in need of sediment control. <br />Associated topsoil piles are in need of markers. <br />Last Chance Pond. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Nitrogen pipe has been laid along the surface for the new workings. The pipe will eventually be connected to the <br />new Nitrogen Injection Plant that is currently being constructed just south of the slot storage building. <br />PROCESSING WASTE /COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />Refuse was currently being spread on Refuse Pile RP -5A. Pile RP -2/3/4 was well compacted along the south end <br />of the pile and was still in process along the northern slope. Refuse has been spread and compacted in a manner <br />that allows drainage to be directed to the perimeter ditches. No signs of stability issues were observed. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Topsoil markers are needed with the piles located at the newly constructed rock dust tank located along the access <br />road to the slot storage building. <br />Topsoil markers noted in the previous inspection reports have yet to be installed as stated by Scott Wanstedt. As <br />per Rule 4.02.7, where topsoil or other vegetation- supporting material is segregated and stockpiled as required <br />under 4.06.3, the stockpiled material shall be clearly marked. <br />
