Significantly, contribute to the introduction, continued existence, or spread of <br />noxious weeds or non -native invasive species known to occur in the area or <br />actions that may promote the introduction, growth, or expansion of the range of <br />such species. <br />CDOT should incorporate the expansion of this pit into their Highway 139 weed plan <br />to ensure that weed management is properly conducted on the existing borrow pit and <br />on the proposed expansion area. <br />
