Sales to Third Parties. <br />No one other than Vesco shall be permitted to remove aggregate from the <br />Leased Premises, except Owner is permitted to remove aggregate for Owner's <br />personal use on his own property as well as 100 yards of aggregate per year to <br />be uses as Owner sees fit on property other than his /her own. No sales of <br />aggregate materials to anyone other than Vesco is permitted during the term of <br />the lease. <br />This agreement shall not be assignable without prior written consent of Vesco <br />or Owner, whichever is the non - assigning party. Such consent should not be <br />unreasonably withheld. <br />14. Miscellaneous. <br />A. Notices. Any notices required hereunder shall be in writing to the address <br />first set forth above, and shall be deemed delivered upon receipt if delivered <br />by hand or on three days after mailing, if delivered by first class mail, U.S. <br />postage prepaid. If to Vesco, the Notice shall be addressed to Mike Miller, <br />Owner. <br />B. Binding Effect. This Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of <br />the heirs, administrators, successors, personal representatives or assigns of <br />all of the parties hereto, including any subsequent owner of the Leased <br />Premises who acquires title of the Lease Premises during the term of this <br />Lease. <br />C. Entire Agreement. This is the entire agreement between the parties and <br />supersedes any of the agreements concerning the subject matter of this <br />transaction, whether oral or written. <br />D. Severability. If any term or condition of this Lease shall be held to be <br />invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this Lease shall be construed or enforced <br />without such provision. <br />
