Division's Permits Section and Watershed Section, as wel.l. as <br />the enforcement personnel who are the point persons for our enforcement case regarding the Sage Creek Mine, <br />and it does not appear the Division has any site specific concerns with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />SafetVs p[ans to retease the bond at the Seneca 11 Mine in Routt County.
