The inspection 11 ega n at the top ®f g ®1u pn1c #2 in the drying area.
The drying area is being used as permitted. 1. Gob is being dumped,
stacked, turned over and dried. The grub line is
much higher than the actual disturbance will be, and more than
likely the entirety of the proposed disturbed area/grub line will not
be disturbed.
The 7CR-76 combination natiomil areal was being actively graded and
compacted. It is within a few feet of being to final grade and will
reach this configuration before the pile is idled over the winter
months. nths. Weat er permitting, bench #3 in its entirety, will be
covered with c ®vcrfill. Topsoil and seeding will occur next year.
Topsoil stockpile E has been rc- graded➢ seeded, and straw was
being spread.
The area adjacent to Topsoil Stockpile E➢ where Culvert T- FS will
be installed after approval of MR-166y has been strip cd c1° topsoil
and the material has been placed in topsoil s>t ®ckpilcT. After the
culvert is installed, the disturbance will be seeded, and covered with
some forme of erosion control, and straw bales or waddles will be
placed at the t ®c➢ parallel to ditch ]F16.
Topsoil stockpile lF /lFl had been seeded and straw has been placed.
All signs have been updated with ]Ferment # 1996 -083.
2
