Shell <br />completed all required well depressuring, well logging, survey work, plus removal of thermal couples and <br />transducers, prior to plugging and abandoning (P&A) the injection well. Well P &A activities were <br />completed in accordance with the terms of the approved permit. The following reports and documentation <br />are provided in support of this termination request: <br />• Temperature log for injection well #H01 (HW- 8101), <br />• Cement evaluation log for well #H01 (HW- 8101), <br />• Isolation Scanner Interpretation Report for well #H01 (HW- 8101), <br />• Casing pressure test or standard annulus pressure test for injection well #H01 (HW- 8101), and <br />• Temperature survey for area of review well #H08 (HW- 8108). <br />The plugging report for well #H01 (HW -8101) will be submitted in a subsequent letter on EPA Form 7520- <br />14.
