The <br />purpose for the NO1 was to collect data through seismic studies. There was no proposed surface <br />disturbance associated with this project, thus no bonds were required for reclamation. All associated <br />activities have been completed and all data collection have been concluded. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Section 7, 18, Township 5 North, Range 86 West Section 26, 27, 34, 35, and 36, Township 5 North, Range <br />87 West Section 11 and 12 Township 4 North, Range 87 West <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this proposed <br />decision in the Steamboat Pilot and Today. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jason D.
