Please update the Cultural and Historic Resources section of the permit (Section 2.04.4(1)) <br />beginning on page 2.04 -9, to reflect the recent approval of TR -87 and resulting plans to <br />remove the Coal Sales building at the King Mine. <br />BRL - A discussion of the coal sales building and the Architectural Inventory Form was added to <br />page 2.04 -11ii. <br />4. The last line of page 2.05 -8, approved with MR -160, has been dropped. Please update the discussion of small area exemption (SAE) designs to clarify that sediment <br />will be controlled with either a silt fence, straw logs, or straw wattles as permitted under MR- <br />136. <br />BRL - The discussion of SAES was updated and rearranged on pages 2.05 -42, 43 and 46. <br />8. Please update the page number references for small area exemption (SAE) designs <br />beginning on page 2.05 -41. <br />BRL - Page 2.05 -41 was updated. <br />9. Please update the topsoil salvage, stockpile, and replacement volumes summarized on <br />pages 2.05 -52 and 2.05 -66 so that both pages area consistent with each other and with the <br />information provided in Appendices A of Volumes IX and XI as approved in TR -77. <br />BRL - Please see revised pages 2.05 -52 and 2.05 -56. <br />
