'� <br />1.1 Location <br />• /I <br />The Three Bells Mine is owned by River Bluffs Ventures, LLC and operated by Martin <br />Marietta Materials, Inc. (MMM). The mine property is located approximately one half mile <br />north and three m es west of Windsor, Colorado, in Larimer County. The Affected Land is <br />located in Township 6 North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principle Meridian, in Sections 11, <br />12, and 13, to wit: <br />• The southeast quarter of Section 11; <br />• The southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 12; <br />• The east half of the northwest quarter of Section 13; <br />• The west half of the northeast quarter of Section 13 <br />The Affected Land is subdivided into two properties: the Ditullio Property and the Veldman <br />Property, as shown in Figure B. The Affected Land covers an area of approximately 3,20- <br />322.2 acres. <br />A primary goal of the M- 1979 -191 112 Permit Amendment is to establish an up to date <br />Permit Boundary for the Three Bells Mine. Below are the metes and bounds description of <br />the Permit Boundary established for the Three Bells Mine. The descriptions, are presented <br />by property, Ditullio and Veldman, that when combined together represent the Revised <br />Permit Boundary. <br />The Affected Land described herein encompasses the entire Three Bells Mine, and thus <br />should be the revised permit boundary.
