The changes proposed under TR70 infer the intention of the NECC to transport <br />development waste from the approved temporary and permanent storage areas to the <br />RDA. A demonstration must be made that the material properties of the development <br />waste are such that when it is deposited on the existing pile either alone or when mixed <br />with processing waste, the design of the RDA will not be compromised. <br />Item resolved —NECC revised page 2.0543 <br />Rule 3.02.2 - Determination of Bond Amount <br />9.
