Stover' <jestover @bresnan.net >, Art Etter <AEtter @bowieresources.com> <br />In your email this morning you requested that BLM review the documents related to the subject revision and <br />inform you if BLM has any concerns with the proposal as well as any review comments. <br />BLM does not have any concerns with the proposal. It should be noted that the road segment proposed does <br />run a short distance across federal coal lease COC75916 while the rest is on federal coal lease COC61209 (the <br />most recent modification tract for that lease). Both of those federal leases as well as federal lease COC37210 <br />are contained in a Logical Mining Unit which BLM has serialized as C0057202. All of the necessary rights of <br />entry both for coal and surface are adequate.
