The drill holes are P -TC- 03-06, BRL- 1 -08 -03 and 2014 -SS -A map codes 136, 198 and 282 respectively. The eleven geotechnical holes are unnamed map code 189. Drill hole P- TC -03 -06 was permitted for a 0.5 acre drill site and a 6 inch diameter hole 840 feet deep. Drill hole BRL- 1 -08 -03 was permitted for a 0.5 acre drill site and an 8.75 inch diameter hole 1,520 feet deep. The drill pad permitted for BRL- 1 -08 -03 is occupied by GVB -B13E. Drill hole 2014 -SS -A was permitted for a 1.0 acre drill pad and a 9.375 inch diameter hole 1,715 feet deep. The eleven geotechnical holes were to be drilled from road disturbance so there is no change in affected or disturbed area related to the geotechnical holes. The drill pad for hole P- TC -03 -06 was not over the mine workings. The drill pad for 2014 -SS -A was over the mine workings. Therefore the disturbed area decreases 1.5 acres and the affected area decreases 0.5 acres. A $90,334.00 reclamation bond credit is attached. Map 09 and pages 2.05 -44, 45, 48 and 49 are enclosed.
