(industrial). Residential -use areas are at the town of Weston and the communities of Cordova Plaza,
Medina Plaza, Velasquez Plaza, and Sarcillo. A high school near Medina Plaza is included in the
residential land use designation. There are no residential areas within the permit area. There are
several Coal Bed Methane (CBM) Wells and ancillary facilities within the permit area.
In 2013, Technical Revision 18 approved the reduction in permit area from 3,142 to 384 acres. This
reduction now excludes lands that either had not been disturbed, or that were Phase III (Industrial Use)
released. Within the permit area land uses are now classed as Wild life/Rpgela nd. Of the 3854 acres only
123 acres are classified as Disturbed. ✓
