(EFCI) — Southfield Mine - Permit No. C -81 -014
Dear Rob Zuber:
Enclosed for your review and file are the drill hole abandonment reports referenced above for
drill holes/boreholes and old wells that were sealed and reclaimed during September, 2014 at the
Southfield mine. The reports were generated by the attending hydrologist, Glenn Miller of Pronghorn
Geologic Services of Gillette, Wyoming. Given the limited information space on the abandonment forms,
Mr. Miller included additional narrative with explanation of the sealing and reclamation procedures.
For reference of the locations of the respective drill holes, please refer to the Southfield Mine
Area Surface & Groundwater Hydrology map, Map 12. Map 12 was previously submitted as an extra
document with Technical Revision No. 44 (TR -44) which subsequently, was not required for that
revision. Accordingly, please remove Map 12 from TR -44 and attach Map 12 with the enclosed
abandonment reports for review of the locations of the respective drill hole sites.
If you have questions or require further information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
George V Patterson
Energy Fuels Coal, Inc
Enclosures: Coal Exploration Drill Hole or Well Abandonment Report
